Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of black olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped red onion, chopped green bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, and chopped fresh basil.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
