Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 cup of water
- Salt to taste
- Butter or toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes. Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
- Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place a steam rack inside.
- Place the potatoes on the steam rack.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
- Allow for a natural release for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove the potatoes, season with salt, and add butter or your favorite toppings. Serve warm.
Notes
For crispy skins, place finished potatoes in the oven for a few minutes after cooking.
