Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey or agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) crushed red pepper flakes optional


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 375°F to preheat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and ground paprika.
  3. Dredge each chicken thigh in the flour mixture and arrange them in a dish that’s either greased or lined with foil.
  4. Season each thigh with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
  5. In another bowl, stir together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
