Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey or agave nectar
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) crushed red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Set your oven to 375°F to preheat.
- In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and ground paprika.
- Dredge each chicken thigh in the flour mixture and arrange them in a dish that’s either greased or lined with foil.
- Season each thigh with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
- In another bowl, stir together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken, turning them over as needed to ensure they’re fully coated. If you prefer, add crushed red pepper flakes for some heat.
- Cover the dish with foil and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve the chicken with rice or vegetables, and offer extra sauce on the side if desired.
