Description

A comforting turkey meatloaf made with herb-seasoned stuffing and sautéed vegetables, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 cup sautéed vegetables (onions, celery, and carrots)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup turkey gravy
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Chop vegetables and sauté in a little oil until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, herb-seasoned stuffing mix, sautéed vegetables, egg, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour turkey gravy over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Let sautéed vegetables cool slightly before mixing them into the meat for better texture. Lining the baking dish with parchment paper can aid in cleanup and release.
