Description

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Cooked beef
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Onions, sliced
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Cheese


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place a flour tortilla in the skillet.
  3. On one half of the tortilla, add cooked beef, sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and cook until the bottom is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
