Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) assorted cheeses (such as cheddar, gouda, and brie)
  • 4 oz (115 g) beef salami slices
  • 4 oz (115 g) smoked turkey breast slices
  • 1 cup (150 g) fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) roasted cashews
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) seedless red grapes
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) seedless green grapes
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fruit jam
  • 1 small baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup (150 g) assorted crackers
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) mixed olives


Instructions

  1. Arrange the assorted cheeses on a large platter, spacing them evenly.
  2. Roll the turkey or beef salami slices and place them beside the cheeses.
  3. Fold the smoked turkey breast slices and arrange them near the salami.
  4. Scatter the fresh cranberries around the meats and cheeses.
  5. Place the roasted almonds and roasted cashews in small clusters on the platter.
  6. Position the dried apricots in a small pile on one side of the board.
  7. Add the seedless red grapes and seedless green grapes in small bunches around the board.
  8. Pour the honey into a small bowl and place it on the platter.
  9. Spoon the fig jam into a separate small bowl and add it to the board.
  10. Arrange the small baguette slices near the meats and cheeses.
  11. Place the assorted crackers in an available space on the platter.
  12. Add the mixed olives in a small bowl or directly onto the board.
