Description

Delicious and easy-to-make pizza rolls filled with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese; a perfect protein-packed snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Italian seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into rectangles (about 3 inches by 4 inches).
  4. Place a few slices of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese on each rectangle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
