Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) ground beef (450 grams)
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil (15 milliliters)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt (5 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (1 gram)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika (2 grams)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) beef broth (120 milliliters)
- 1 cup (240 ml) frozen peas (150 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh parsley (15 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Place the potato cubes in a pot of salted water.
- Bring the water to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

- Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and combine.
