Description

Juicy and flavorful turkey burgers that provide a healthier alternative to traditional beef burgers, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties that are about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add turkey patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Serve on burger buns with lettuce, tomato, and other preferred toppings.
