Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Burger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties that are about 3/4 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add turkey patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve on burger buns with lettuce, tomato, and other preferred toppings.
