A delightful and nutritious tuna egg salad combining flaked tuna, hard-boiled eggs, and creamy dressing for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Combine mayo, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium-large bowl. Mix until a creamy dressing forms.
  2. Add the flaked tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, red onion, and pickle relish to the bowl.
  3. Toss everything together to thoroughly coat the ingredients with the dressing.
  4. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve over greens, on toast, or with crackers and fresh-cut veggies.
