Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen (about 1 cup) (240 ml)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (60 ml)
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds (7 g)
  • 1/4 cup granola (30 g)
  • 1/4 cup berries (30 g)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter, melted (22 g)


Instructions

  1. Place the frozen mixed berries, frozen banana slices, and almond milk into the blender.
  2. Process the mixture, pausing frequently to scrape the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are incorporated and hit the blades. Continue blending and scraping as needed until you achieve the desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the thick smoothie into your preferred bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings. I opted for chia seeds, granola, additional berries, and a drizzle of melted peanut butter. Serve right away!
