Description

Wholesome and nutritious protein bites that serve as a perfect on-the-go snack, packed with energy-boosting ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the rolled oats, dark chocolate chips (if using), chia seeds, and a pinch of salt until the ingredients are blended well.
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add water or more almond butter as needed.
  4. Shape the mixture into small bites and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the bites for about 30 minutes to set.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using flavored protein powder or different nut butters. Adjust the texture by changing the amounts of almond butter or rolled oats.
