Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate ganache for drizzling
Instructions
- Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Let sit until bubbly.
- Mix flour and salt in another bowl. Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture.
- Knead until smooth, then let rise until doubled in size.
- Divide dough into small balls, and let rest briefly.
- Prepare the filling by mixing heavy cream, vanilla pudding, and vanilla extract until thick.
- Stuff each roll with pudding mixture.
- Bake rolls at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
- Drizzle with chocolate ganache once cooled.
