Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup pineapple, mashed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, mashed pineapple, soy sauce, ginger, beaten egg, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about one inch in diameter.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
To enhance your meatballs, avoid overmixing the ingredients. Chill the mixture slightly before forming meatballs for better shape retention.
