Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
