Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small head of cabbage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, stirring frequently. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the sliced cabbage, cumin, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the cabbage is tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
