- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) chili powder (1 gram)

- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water or beef broth (60 milliliters)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley (15 grams)
Instructions
