Description

A delightful grilled chicken sourdough sandwich filled with fresh ingredients, perfect for gatherings and quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 garlic chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons vegan pesto
  • 1 tablespoon Kewpie mayo
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • A handful of baby spinach
  • Pink salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Grill the sourdough bread until toasted.
  3. Cook the garlic chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Spread vegan pesto and Kewpie mayo on the grilled sourdough.
  5. Layer with sliced tomatoes, avocado, and baby spinach.
  6. Season with pink salt to taste.
  7. Top with the other slice of bread, slice in half, and serve.
