- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions
- Begin by browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Remove any excess grease and stir in the taco seasoning with 1/4 cup of water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until well blended and flavorful.
- Next, heat your tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave until they soften.
- Lay one tortilla flat, then add a layer of cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
- Preheat a clean skillet and add 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese. Place the burrito seam-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts and forms a crispy crust. Carefully flip and repeat on the other side.
