Ingredients
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 cup (120 g) cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup (90 g) diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup (90 g) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (30 g) sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup (30 g) crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup (25 g) chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped red onion.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture in the bowl.
- Sprinkle the oregano, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.
- Gently mix all the ingredients in the bowl until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the center of the tortilla, leaving some space at the edges.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Slice the wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.
