Ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup (90 g) diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup (90 g) diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped red onion.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture in the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the oregano, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.
  5. Gently mix all the ingredients in the bowl until well combined.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly over the center of the tortilla, leaving some space at the edges.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  8. Slice the wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.
