Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and turn golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with tzatziki sauce or over rice.
