Description

A comforting gluten-free meatloaf made with ground beef and hearty ingredients, perfect for family dinners and creating beautiful memories.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients blend thoroughly.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish. Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
  3. Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Allow ingredients to reach room temperature before mixing for better texture. Consider adding finely chopped vegetables for moisture.
