Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients blend thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish. Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
