Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Powdered sugar for serving
- Lemon juice for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish in the oven.
- Once melted, pour the butter into the batter and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the hot baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with powdered sugar and a drizzle of lemon juice.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and serve immediately after baking to prevent deflation.
