Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the asparagus, cutting off about an inch from the bottom.
  3. Peel the carrots and slice them into thin strips.
  4. Combine the asparagus and carrots in a mixing bowl.
