Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chopped cauliflower and sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and the mushrooms are cooked.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
