- 8 ounces linguine
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the seared steak to the skillet and cook until heated through.
- Stir in cooked linguine and add Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

Notes
For best results, use fresh Parmesan cheese and aim for al dente linguine. Draining the pasta correctly and reserving a bit of the cooking water can help adjust the sauce’s consistency.
