Tender sirloin steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in garlic butter, creating a flavorful comfort food experience.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Sear the steak bites in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium and add unsalted butter. Let it melt, then stir in minced garlic and cook for about a minute.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
