Description

Tender sirloin steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in garlic butter, creating a flavorful comfort food experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Sear the steak bites in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. Lower heat to medium and add unsalted butter. Let it melt, then stir in minced garlic and cook for about a minute.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
