- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat and halved baby potatoes in a slow cooker.
- In a skillet, melt the garlic butter and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Pour the onion mixture over the beef and potatoes.
- Add the beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika, and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
