  • Olive oil, 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • Ground beef, 1 lb (450 g)
  • Slider buns, 8 pieces
  • Beef, Cheddar cheese, 1 cup, shredded (100 g)
  • Lettuce leaves, 8 pieces
  • Tomato, 1, sliced
  • Pickles, 1/2 cup, sliced (75 g)
  • Chicken breast, 1 lb (450 g), cooked and sliced
  • Assorted cheeses, 1 cup (100 g)
  • Crackers, 1 cup (100 g)
  • Grapes, 1 cup (150 g)
  • Apple slices, 1 cup (100 g)
  • Carrot sticks, 1 cup (100 g)
  • Bell pepper, 1, sliced
  • Hummus, 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • Ranch dressing, 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Honey mustard, 1/4 cup (60 ml)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil.
  3. Spread the seasoned wings on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake wings for 40-45 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. While wings bake, season ground beef with salt and black pepper.
  6. Form beef into 8 small patties.
  7. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Place cooked patties on slider buns.
  9. Top each slider with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
  10. Arrange cooked chicken breast slices on the charcuterie board.
  11. Add assorted cheeses and crackers to the board.
