Description

Delightful fruit spring rolls filled with colorful fruits, perfect for kids’ parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 15 rice paper wrappers
  • 5 cups assorted fruits cut into matchsticks (your choice)
  • 5 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup hot water


Instructions

  1. Prepare fruits by slicing strawberries and cutting remaining fruit into 6-inch matchsticks.
  2. Pour hot water into a plate.
  3. Soak one rice paper wrapper in hot water for 10 seconds until fully wet.
  4. Place the wet wrapper on a clean plate or cutting board.
  5. Add several slices of fruit in the middle of the wrapper.
  6. Layer matchstick fruit on top. Add as much fruit as desired.
  7. Fold one corner of the rice paper over the fruit, tuck in the sides, and continue rolling.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Prepare fruits ahead of time and store in airtight containers to maintain freshness. Pair with dipping sauces like yogurt or honey for added flavor.
