Delightful fruit spring rolls filled with colorful fruits, perfect for kids’ parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 15 rice paper wrappers
- 5 cups assorted fruits cut into matchsticks (your choice)
- 5 strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 cup hot water
Instructions
- Prepare fruits by slicing strawberries and cutting remaining fruit into 6-inch matchsticks.
- Pour hot water into a plate.
- Soak one rice paper wrapper in hot water for 10 seconds until fully wet.
- Place the wet wrapper on a clean plate or cutting board.
- Add several slices of fruit in the middle of the wrapper.
- Layer matchstick fruit on top. Add as much fruit as desired.
- Fold one corner of the rice paper over the fruit, tuck in the sides, and continue rolling.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Prepare fruits ahead of time and store in airtight containers to maintain freshness. Pair with dipping sauces like yogurt or honey for added flavor.
