Ingredients
- – 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter) (60g)
- – 1 Tablespoon honey (or agave syrup) (15ml)
- – 3/4 cup granola (90g)
- – 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt (240ml)
- – 1/2 cup sliced berries (or fruit of choice) (75g)
- – 1 Tablespoon chopped walnuts (15g)
- – honey drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a muffin tray by placing 6 paper or silicone liners inside each cup.
- Combine the peanut butter, honey, and granola thoroughly in a small bowl.
- Divide the granola blend evenly among the lined muffin cups.
- Use a spoon or the base of a measuring cup to firmly press down the mixture in each liner.
- Spoon yogurt into the cups until they reach the top of the liner, using about 2-3 tablespoons per cup.
- Add sliced fruits and chopped walnuts on top, and optionally drizzle with honey.
- Place in the freezer and let them set for around 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Allow them to thaw for 2-3 minutes, then gently take each yogurt cup out of the tray.
- Savor immediately or keep them in an airtight container in the freezer for future enjoyment!
