Ingredients

  • – 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter) (60g)
  • – 1 Tablespoon honey (or agave syrup) (15ml)
  • – 3/4 cup granola (90g)
  • – 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt (240ml)
  • – 1/2 cup sliced berries (or fruit of choice) (75g)
  • – 1 Tablespoon chopped walnuts (15g)
  • – honey drizzle (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare a muffin tray by placing 6 paper or silicone liners inside each cup.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, honey, and granola thoroughly in a small bowl.
  3. Divide the granola blend evenly among the lined muffin cups.
  4. Use a spoon or the base of a measuring cup to firmly press down the mixture in each liner.
  5. Spoon yogurt into the cups until they reach the top of the liner, using about 2-3 tablespoons per cup.
  6. Add sliced fruits and chopped walnuts on top, and optionally drizzle with honey.
  7. Place in the freezer and let them set for around 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  8. Allow them to thaw for 2-3 minutes, then gently take each yogurt cup out of the tray.
  9. Savor immediately or keep them in an airtight container in the freezer for future enjoyment!
