- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup flour

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Soak the venison cubed steak in buttermilk for at least an hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
