- 1 (14.5 oz) can of beef broth
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of French onion soup
- 1 stick of cold butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Spread the uncooked rice evenly in an 8×8-inch pan.
- Pour the beef broth over the rice.
- Next, pour in the French onion soup, ensuring an even coating.
- Slice the cold butter into pats and layer it evenly over the mixture.
- Cover the dish with tin foil and place it in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Uncover the dish and return it to the oven for an additional 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For richer flavor, use high-quality beef broth. Add shredded cheese before baking for a creamier texture.
