Description

Tender roast beef combined with caramelized onions and warm, gooey cheese, served with au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups roast beef
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup caramelized onions
  • 1 cup cheese (optional, such as provolone or Swiss)
  • 1 cup au jus (for dipping)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns and place a layer of roast beef on the bottom half.
  3. Top with caramelized onions and cheese if desired.
  4. Place the top half of the buns on.
  5. Brush the tops with butter and sprinkle with seasoning.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve with au jus for dipping.
