Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ground venison; cook until the venison is browned and fully cooked.
- Push the venison to the side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cooked rice to the skillet.
- Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir to combine everything evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Using cold, day-old rice yields the best texture for fried rice. Adjust the soy sauce for your preferred level of saltiness.
