Description

A comforting and satisfying dish combining ground venison with colorful vegetables and aromatic garlic for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ground venison; cook until the venison is browned and fully cooked.
  3. Push the venison to the side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cooked rice to the skillet.
  5. Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir to combine everything evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Using cold, day-old rice yields the best texture for fried rice. Adjust the soy sauce for your preferred level of saltiness.
