  • Roasted turkey slices, 8 ounces (227 g) (225 grams)
  • Beef salami slices, 8 ounces (227 g) (225 grams)
  • Seedless red grapes, 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams)
  • Dried apricots, 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams)
  • Walnuts, 1/2 cup (120 ml) (60 grams)
  • Almonds, 1/2 cup (120 ml) (70 grams)
  • Honey, 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters)
  • Olives, 1/2 cup (120 ml) (75 grams)
  • Whole grain crackers, 1 box (about 200 grams)
  • Sliced baguette, 1 loaf (approximately 300 grams)
  • Fig jam, 1/4 cup (60 ml) (80 grams)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the cheddar, brie, and gouda cheeses into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Arrange the cheese slices on a large serving board, leaving space between each type.
  3. Fold the roasted turkey slices and place them on the board next to the cheeses.
  4. Fold the beef salami slices into quarters and arrange them beside the turkey.
  5. Rinse the seedless red grapes and pat them dry; place them in a small cluster on the board.
  6. Scatter the dried apricots around the board for a pop of color.
  7. Add the walnuts and almonds in small piles at different spots on the board.
  8. Pour the honey into a small serving dish and place it on the board.
  9. Add the olives in another small dish and set it on the board.
  10. Arrange the whole grain crackers in a neat line or pile on the board.
  11. Slice the baguette and arrange the slices in a fan shape on the board.
  12. Spoon the fig jam into a small bowl and place it on the board.
  13. Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs around the board for a fragrant garnish.
  14. Adjust the items as needed to balance the visual appeal of the board.
  15. Serve immediately and enjoy your Fall Inspired Charcuterie Board.

Notes

  • Consider incorporating a mix of soft cheeses like brie, cheddar, and gouda to create a variety of textures.
  • Enhance the flavor by briefly roasting the walnuts before adding them to the board.
  • Add a touch of sweetness by drizzling honey over the cheeses or serving it on the side for dipping.
