  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams) dried cranberries
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams) dried apricots
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams) walnuts
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams) almonds
  • 1 small pumpkin, for decoration
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams) cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams) baby carrots
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams) hummus
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams) honey
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams) assorted olives


Instructions

  1. Slice the cheddar, gouda, and brie cheeses into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Arrange the cheese slices on a large board or platter.
  3. Place the thinly sliced apple and pear around the cheese.
  4. Scatter the seedless grapes around the cheese and fruit.
  5. Add dried cranberries and dried apricots in small piles on the board.
  6. Arrange the walnuts and almonds in clusters around the other items.
  7. Position the small pumpkin in the center or corner for decoration.
