Description

A classic and creamy egg salad that evokes nostalgia with every bite, perfect for sandwiches or wraps.


Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, celery, dill, and chives.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy dressing over the egg mixture and combine until everything is evenly coated.
