Description

Ingredients

  • – 4 large flour tortilla wraps (4 pieces)
  • – 1 cup hummus (240 ml)
  • – 1/2 large cucumber, sliced
  • – 2 small roma tomatoes, sliced
  • – 1 avocado, sliced into thin slices
  • – 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin slices
  • – 1 small carrot, julienned
  • – 1 cup mixed salad greens (240 ml)
  • – 4 teaspoons hot sauce or sriracha, optional (20 ml)


Instructions

  1. Heat the tortilla wraps for 10 seconds using either a microwave or a skillet.
  2. Spread approximately 4 tablespoons of hummus evenly over each wrap.
  3. Arrange the cucumber, tomato, avocado, bell pepper, and carrot slices on top.
  4. Add a layer of mixed salad greens over the vegetables.
  5. Optionally, add a drizzle of hot sauce or sriracha for extra spice.
  6. Fold the sides of the wrap inward to secure the fillings, ensuring nothing spills out. Next, fold the bottom edge over the ingredients and the folded sides, and continue to roll the wrap away from you, keeping the sides tucked in as you roll. Press down gently on the seam to ensure it stays closed.
  7. Cut the wrap in half and serve, with additional sauce on the side if you wish.

  • Pat dry cucumber, tomato, and bell pepper slices before layering them on the hummus to avoid a soggy wrap.
