Description

A simple and comforting crockpot recipe for Swedish meatballs, bringing rich flavors and warmth to your family table.

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 14.5 oz beef broth
  • 2 tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 28 oz frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bag egg noodles (prepared according to package directions)
  • 1 tsp parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, A1 Steak Sauce, and onion soup mix in your crockpot.
  2. Add the frozen meatballs to the crockpot and stir until they’re well-coated with the sauce.
  3. Cover and let the meatballs simmer on low for about 180-240 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sour cream at the end of cooking.
  5. Garnish with fresh or dried parsley, if desired.
  6. Serve over prepared egg noodles.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, adjust the amount of sour cream to taste. Pair with a crisp green salad or steamed vegetables for added nutrition.
