Description

A quick and satisfying meal featuring vibrant veggies, hearty kielbasa, and delightful tortellini, all cooked on a single sheet pan for easy preparation and cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 28 oz kielbasa, sliced
  • 20 oz frozen tortellini
  • 32 oz frozen vegetables (broccoli or mixed)
  • 3-4 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Boil the tortellini according to package instructions, then set aside.
  2. Place the kielbasa and frozen vegetables on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive or avocado oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even cooking.
  6. Add the fresh tortellini to the sheet pan once it’s cooked and allow everything to bake together for a couple more minutes.
