A quick and satisfying meal featuring vibrant veggies, hearty kielbasa, and delightful tortellini, all cooked on a single sheet pan for easy preparation and cleanup.
Ingredients
- 28 oz kielbasa, sliced
- 20 oz frozen tortellini
- 32 oz frozen vegetables (broccoli or mixed)
- 3-4 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil the tortellini according to package instructions, then set aside.
- Place the kielbasa and frozen vegetables on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive or avocado oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even cooking.
- Add the fresh tortellini to the sheet pan once it’s cooked and allow everything to bake together for a couple more minutes.
