Description

Quick and nutritious protein bites combining oats, nut butter, and sweeteners for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • ½ cup of nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • ½ cup of honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup of protein powder (optional)
  • ¼ cup of chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, nut butter, and sweetener until well-mixed.
  2. If you chose to include protein powder, add it now and mix thoroughly.
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding more nut butter or sweetener if the mixture seems too dry.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips or dried fruit, making sure they’re evenly distributed.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to firm up before enjoying.

Notes

For best results, roll the mixture tightly and adjust consistency as needed.
