Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, rolled oats, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until you achieve a well-combined mixture.
- If desired, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, aiming for about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
For added flavor, try adding a pinch of cinnamon or shredded coconut. Adjust the honey based on your taste preference.
