Instructions

- Coat each zucchini slice with flour, shaking off any extra. Submerge in the egg, then cover with bread crumbs.
- Warm up the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the crumb-coated zucchini in portions, frying them in the hot oil until they are golden on both sides, approximately 5 minutes.
