Description

Ingredients

  • – 1 lb (454 g) beef belly, cubed
  • – 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • – 1/4 cup (60 ml) grape juice
  • – 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
  • – 1 tbsp (15 ml) brown sugar
  • – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) black pepper
  • – 1/2 cup (120 ml) chicken broth
  • – 1/4 cup (60 ml) grape juice
  • – 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • – Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef cubes and cook until browned.
  • – Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • – Pour in grape juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  • – Add beef cubes back to the pan. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  • – In a separate saucepan, combine grape juice, grape juice, and water. Simmer until reduced by half.
  • – Serve beef cubes with reduced grape juice sauce on top. Enjoy!
