Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of old-fashioned oats and a pinch of salt.
- Add 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/2 cup of honey to the mixture.
- Stir everything together until well combined, and the mixture feels sticky.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8×8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture firmly into the dish to create an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set and firm up.
