Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis (about 5 cm thick) sliced thin
- 1 cup (240 ml) almond flour
- ½ cup (120 ml) finely grated alternative cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (8 ml) sea salt
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Warm up your air fryer to 400°F or your oven to 425°F.
- Beat the eggs well in a shallow dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, alternative cheese, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Coat the zucchini slices by first dipping them in the beaten eggs, then covering them with the almond flour mixture.
- Arrange the coated zucchini chips in a single layer either in the air fryer or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook for 8 minutes in the air fryer or 12 minutes in the oven, making sure to flip them halfway, until they turn a lovely golden brown.
