Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the apple cider vinegar.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously.
- Slowly add water until you form a dough.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
For a lighter texture, use room temperature eggs. You can also experiment with adding herbs or spices such as garlic powder or dried rosemary for variation.
