Description

A delightful and easy keto sourdough bread recipe that combines almond flour and coconut flour for a gluten-free, low-carb treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the apple cider vinegar.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously.
  5. Slowly add water until you form a dough.
  6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

For a lighter texture, use room temperature eggs. You can also experiment with adding herbs or spices such as garlic powder or dried rosemary for variation.
