Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Burger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Your favorite toppings (optional)
Instructions
- Start by mixing all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into patties with clean hands, ensuring they’re even in size for uniform cooking.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the patties into the skillet.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve the turkey burgers on fresh buns topped with lettuce, tomato, and any other favorite toppings.
Notes
Let the burgers rest for a minute after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute. Experiment with spices to elevate the flavor.
