- – 3 tablespoons (45 ml) soy sauce
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vegetable oil or to taste
- – chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
- – sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Place a 10-inch skillet on medium-high heat and cook the ground beef, using a wooden spoon to crumble it. Remove any excess fat.
- Add the white parts of the green onions, grated ginger, minced garlic, and coleslaw mix to the skillet. Stir occasionally until the coleslaw softens, approximately 5 minutes.
- Mix in the soy sauce and vegetable oil, and let it cook for an additional minute.
